I heard that when the older sibling won't stop picking on the younger, they need to be put in charge of more decision concerning the younger, that way they feel like they have some control, that is not "plowing down" or other things that sometimes make the younger sibling sad, hurt, or left out. Day one, I told Marshal to pick out a shirt and pants for Lukey to wear, this is what he came up with, he then got himself dressed in the same outfit. The next day he wanted to dress Luke in the same thing. I explained that it was dirty and needed washed, and he was fine with choosing something else. I just thought it was funny that he chose matching "shooting pants and raiders football!" on day 1.
